Laura's bric á brac

Miss Laura Daly met Miss Aisling O'Dwyer from the St. James's Hospital Foundation.

St. James’s Hospital Foundation received a very special Christmas present from Miss Laura Daly from Walkinstown, aged nine, who raised €44.10 for the hospital by holding a bric-a-brac sale. Laura and her friends, Sinéad and Eoin Richardson, held the sale during the summer, and sold books, toys and food.

Laura came into the hospital with her dad, Dermot, to make her donation, and said that she wanted to give her donation to the hospital because it was where both of her parents worked.

St. James’s Hospital Foundation would like to say a big thank you to Laura and her friends for their fundraising, and hopes Santa will reward all their good behaviour!
