Iron Man

Gareth Presch, a Dubliner and a dedicatd athlete, completed his first Ironman triathlon in 2007. He put himself through a gruelling training regime that culminated in his completion of Ironman UK on August 19th; in this extraordinary physical challenge Gareth swam 2.4 miles, rode 112 miles on his bike and then finished the day by running a marathon (26.2 miles). Alongside his physical exertions, Gareth also raised sponsorship dedicated to St. James's. We congratulate Gareth on his extraordinary achievement and thank him so much for his generosity towards St. James's.

Gareth is the Chief Officer of the National Haemophilia Council.
