Wedding Donation for St. James's

On August 22nd 2008 the very special wedding took place of Ms Catherine Cannon and Mr Rory Walsh, and St. James’s Hospital was lucky enough to benefit from their big day.

Catherine and Rory generously decided that rather than offering guests favours at their reception, they would make a donation for the benefit of St. James’s Hospital. Their donation was given in appreciation for the care received at the hospital by Catherine’s mother.

The couple, originally from Co Mayo but now living in Zurich, were married at the Church of the Immaculate Conception at Roundfort, Hollymount, Co Mayo, with a reception at the Breaffy House Hotel, Castlebar.
