A Competency Based approach to Recruitment & Selection has been developed in St. James's Hospital and is currently being rolled out across all Departments/Directorates. This is to ensure the Hospital applies a fair and transparent selection process, in line with Equality Legislation, to the appointment of staff to all positions within the organisation.
