Meals for patients and staff are produced and prepared in our modern equipped main kitchen (CPU) using a cook chill system. A choice menu is offered to our patients which is designed to meet their nutritional needs and service requirements.
The Garden Hill Restaurant offers staff a full meal service with a wide menu choice.
A snack food type service is also provided here and in the coffee bars located in the CPL and CEO buildings.
The department also provides a function catering service for corporate business and events.
