Cleft Orthodontics / Prosthodontics

What we do

The Departtment acts as a tertiary referral service for the Orthodontic (fixed braces) and Prosthodontic (implants, bridges etc) management of children and adults born with Cleft lip and palate and other developmental facial deformities. The Department offers outpatient treatment clinics as part of the overall multidisciplinary Cleft palate team.

Multidisciplinary jaw surgery and implant clinics are also held with the Department of Maxillofacial surgery.
