Concourse

What we do

The Main Concourse is the initial contact point for many patients, services and staff. Concourse is staffed 24 hours daily. Staff assigned to Concourse aim to direct persons seeking directions, respond to queries arising and ensure a timely response to issues arising. This service is overseen by the GSS Manager.
