Daily: 2.30pm - 3.30pm and 7:00pm to 8:00pm

Visiting outside schedule hours by arrangement with the ward manager

All visitors must have left the unit by 8:00pm

Infectious diseases

Description

Unit three is an 11-bedded ward specialising in infections diseases. We also admit general medical patients who have come from the accident and emergency department or who were booked through admissions.

Location

From the St. James’s street entrance, take the first left at Junction 1 (after the LUAS stop). Continue straight and take the last right. Hospital 5 is the two storey building on the left hand side. Walk in the main door and take immediate right turn and go up the stairs.  This ward is located on the first floor.
