Our research vision at St James’s Hospital is to lead the way in innovative research which aims to positively change the trajectory of the lives of our patients and community.

Research activity across the hospital has greatly increased over the past number of years, with the number of registered research studies increasing by 60% since 2017. 

St James’s Hospital, along with our academic partner, Trinity College Dublin, is committed to supporting research at the highest level, with a focus on translating our research into improved patient outcomes
