Councillor Feeney is honoured and proud to be a member of the Board of St James’s Hospital. A Dublin City Councillor since 2016, Councillor Feeney is Deputy Chair of the South East Area Committee and serves on a number of the Council's policy committees. She is also a member of; the HSE Regional Health Forum for Dublin and Mid-Leinster; the City of Dublin Education and Training Board (CDETB); and the board of management of a number of schools and colleges.

Councillor Feeney is a management consultant with experience in supporting clients in both the private and public sector, on strategy development, change management, organisation and leadership development and performance management.

Earlier in her career, she held senior management positions in operations and human resource management with a leading financial services provider.  She holds a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from University College Dublin and is a qualified commercial mediator.
