Sub specialities: Head, neck and thyroid pathology

Dr Toner is a consultant/ associate professor in histopathology with a special interest in oral and maxillofacial pathology, Department of Histopathology, St James's Hospital, and Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Medicine and Pathology, School of Dental Science, Trinity College, Dublin. 

She was appointed to her current post in 1990.

 

 

 

 

 

  • Dr Toner undertook her professional training from 1982-1990 in histopathology, sub specialising in oral and maxillofacial pathology in St James’s Hospital and St Vincent’s University Hospital, Dublin, the Eastman Institute of Dental Sciences, London, Glasgow Dental Hospital and Liverpool University Hospital.
