Thank you for your interest in St. James’s Hospital. St. James’s Hospital provides a state-funded public service but, now more than ever, relies on funding over and above that provided by government to ensure patients of the hospital receive the best possible care. Donations received by the hospital are used to purchase equipment, improve patient comfort, support vital research and provide education and training for hospital employees. Donations to and fundraising for the hospital are managed through the St. James’s Hospital Foundation, a limited company governed by a voluntary Board of Directors. For more information about how the Foundation operates, please click here. You can read more about how you can support the vital work of the hospital and how donated funds are used. Alternatively, you can make a donation right now through the panel on the left. The hospital receives additional funding for donations over €250 (see why), but even €2 will help our efforts to improve services and facilities for patients and their families. |
St. James's Hospital Foundation and St. James's Hospital are always grateful to former patients, their friends and families, friends and supporters of the hospital, and indeed members of hospital staff, who commit their time and energy to fundraise for St. James's.
