Dr Crumlish is a consultant psychiatrist in general adult psychiatry in St James’s Hospital and the HSE’s Dublin South City Community Mental Health Services. He was appointed to his current position in St James’s Hospital in 2010 and works with a multidisciplinary team delivering specialised mental health services to adults living in the Camac sector of the south inner city of Dublin which covers the Liberties, Inchicore, Kilmainham, Rialto, Dolphins Barn and parts of Harold’s Cross and Terenure.
Dr Crumlish completed medical school in University College Dublin in 1997 and obtained his membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (MRCPsych) in 2002. He completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Transcultural Mental Healthcare in 2009 and in 2014 he published his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree on longitudinal outcome in first-episode psychosis.
