The Communications Office is responsible for all internal and external communications for the hospital.
All interview requests must be made through the Communications Office.
The office will respond to media queries from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Any organisation or individual seeking permission to interview, film, photograph, or record in any form on the St James’s Hospital campus will be required to complete an application form. This form must be completed and submitted no later than 10 days prior to the anticipated start date.
Those granted permission will also need to provide a copy of their public liability insurance document to the Communications Office.

All public representations and parliamentary questions directed to St James’s Hospital must be submitted through the official channel of the Parliamentary Affairs Division (PAD) of the HSE; firstname.lastname@example.org.
This is to ensure that all public representations are responded to in accordance with Oireachtas legislation and HSE protocol.
