Alison Enright

Alison was previously a HSCP Development Manager with the HSE’s National Health and Social Care Professions Office. With a background in Occupational Therapy, she has had leadership roles in healthcare and in overseas not-for-profit environments. From 2003 to 2017, Alison has held Occupational Therapy Management roles in a number of hospitals. Her special areas of interest are frontline staff engagement in service design, quality improvement and fostering cultures which value creativity and innovation. Alison holds postgraduate qualifications in Leadership, in Executive and Leadership Coaching and is currently pursuing an MSc in Organisational Psychology.
