The Department of Medical Physics and Bioengineering has been awarded funding

The Department of Medical Physics and Bioengineering has been awarded funding under the Public Service Innovation Fund for their Design Space for Public Healthcare Innovation project.

 The joint application with Spark Innovation Programme/NDTP and the National College of Art and Design (NCAD) will see the funding being used to create a design space for public healthcare innovation. This involves bringing design ideas, aimed at improving patient care, to a physical reality, in a dedicated onsite prototyping facility.
