St James’s Hospital Professor can help you stay as young as you feel

Professor Rose Anne Kenny is professor of Medical Gerontology at Trinity College Dublin (TCD), director of the Falls and Black-out Unit at St James' Hospital Dublin, director of the Mercer's Institute for Successful Ageing. She is also the founder and principal investigator of the Irish Longitudinal Study on Ageing (Tilda), which has followed over 9,000 adults from the age of 50 and older, and has produced more than 400 research papers. Tilda examines all aspects of life, from food to sex, brain health, genetics, finances and more – all illustrating how we age.
