Dr. Gale is a consultant dermatologist at St James' Hospital and Children's Health Ireland at Crumlin. She is the National lead for adults with the inherited skin blistering condition epidermolysis bullosa.
Dr Gale obtained a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) in 2009 from the University of Dundee and has also completed Specialty Certificate Examinations in dermatology with the Royal College of Physicians in the UK (MRCP SCE)
Dr Gale graduated from the School of Medicine at the University of Dundee with her medical degree (MBChB) in 2009.
Dr Gale began her dermatology training in London soon after, rotating between two of London’s major teaching hospitals, the Royal London Hospital and the Royal Free Hospital, as well as two smaller teaching hospitals, Whipps Cross and Homerton hospitals. Her training covered both adult and paediatric dermatology, exposing her to many different sub-specialties which she champions, and gave her well rounded training in all areas of medical and surgical dermatology.
