External referrals are NOT accepted, as this is a nurse-led service. This website is intended as a source of information for existing patients only. All referrals must be sent directly to the relevant consultant.
You will receive a text message with details about your appointment and with contact details for the clinic.
Please contact us directly should you need to cancel or reschedule.
Family members and friends are welcome to attend for education so that you can manage your wound at home. We can also refer you to a Community Health Centre for dressings, depending on your individual care plan.
Self-referrals are accepted for existing patients only.
