Emergency Department Notice

The hospital is extremely busy, and we are experiencing a high number of patients attending our Emergency Department who need to be admitted for hospital treatment.

We advise patients with non-emergency conditions to consider all available care options including injury clinics, your GP or your local pharmacy before coming to the Emergency Department.

We regret any delays that patients may experience while waiting to be seen, however, all patients are triaged on arrival and are seen according to medical urgency.

Please remember if you or a loved one has any chest pain, breathing problems or is choking, call 999/112 or visit an Emergency Department immediately.
