The Fluoroscopy Department of St James's hospital carries out the full range of fluoroscopic guided procedures including barium examinations of the upper an lower gastro-intestinal tract, fluoroscopic guided injections, hysterosalpingograms and proctograms. All examinations take place under a supervising consultant and are tailored to minimise radiation exposure whilst providing optimal diagnostic information.
