The HR Recruitment and Business Team provides a range of functions to the Hospital, from recruitment and contractual support to an advisory function on operational, policy development and strategic matters.
The HR Recruitment and Business Team is responsible for the operational HR needs including recruitment, payroll and HR administration.
- Advertising positions, competitions and candidate Management
- Administration of employee information relating to payroll
- Creating and reviewing procedures & policies that reflect changes in employment legislation and contractual provisions and/or work practices
- Responding to general queries from employees around employment terms and conditions and other entitlements
- Providing an advisory service to Management and Employees
