25 years of the St James's Website

www.stjames.ie is celebrating 25 years on the 25th June.  The website has seen many iterations since its launch in 1997 and is now a fully responsive, innovative and user friendly website that serves patients, healthcare professionals, GPs, job seekers and service information.

The website www.stjames.ie was one of the first digital implementations in the hospital to benefit patients and the community and continues to work in unison with the hospital’s ambition ‘’to deliver an Academic Health Science Centre (AHSC) which will combine education, research and innovation on a dynamic healthcare campus, involving the community and business. St James’s AHSC campus aims to drive significant development in the D8 Innovation Corridor. It will be Ireland’s first state of the art fully Digital Hospital Campus, presenting an opportunity for Ireland’s growing digital industries to work hand-in-hand with the AHSC in order to create a dedicated healthcare hub.’’
