The Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation (INMO), FÓRSA and SIPTU have given notice of their intention to undertake national industrial action.
INMO, Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs) will commence industrial action on Tuesday, 29 September.
From Wednesday, 30 September, INMO members, along with colleagues in FÓRSA and SIPTU, will participate in national industrial action. The action by INMO and FÓRSA members will continue until further notice.
All ANP-led clinics scheduled for Tuesday, 29 September have been cancelled and all affected patients will be contacted directly regarding the rescheduling of their appointments.
We would like to reassure service users and families that the hospital is working to minimise disruption and maintain safe patient care throughout this period.
