We would like to extend our deepest and most sincere thanks to The Big C Choir for their incredibly generous donation of €9,500. This remarkable contribution will make a meaningful difference to breast cancer research and patient care in St James’s Hospital.

We were delighted to meet with the choir last week in the Westgrove Hotel, Clane, where the formal presentation of the donation took place.
During the visit, both Ingrid and Sarah spoke with the group about the important impact this funding will have. The donation will directly support breast cancer research at St James’s Hospital, specifically the ATNEC surgical trial, which is currently being run by the BreastCare Department. These vital funds will enable the purchase of specialised medical devices required for the trial, helping to advance research that may improve outcomes for patients in the years ahead.
