Mr McGoldrick graduated from University College Cork in Dentistry in 2009 and from Trinity College Dublin in Medicine in 2014. He completed his Core Surgical Training in Ireland before moving to the UK to complete Higher Surgical Training in the West Midlands. He was awarded his fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (OMFS) in 2022. He joined the Specialty Register for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in the UK in 2022 and in Ireland in 2024. Mr McGoldrick completed a surgical fellowship in Head and Neck Microvascular Reconstruction at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham in 2023. He has also completed a Master of Science in Craniofacial Trauma Reconstruction from the Queen Mary University of London in 2021.
