Alison was previously a HSCP Development Manager with the HSE’s National Health and Social Care Professions Office. With a background in Occupational Therapy, she has had leadership roles in healthcare and in overseas not-for-profit environments. From 2003 to 2017, Alison has held Occupational Therapy Management roles in a number of hospitals. Her special areas of interest are frontline staff engagement in service design, quality improvement and fostering cultures which value creativity and innovation. Alison holds an MSc in Organizational Psychology, postgraduate qualifications in Leadership and in Executive and Leadership Coaching and a BHSc in Occupational Therapy.
