    • Molecular epidemiology & cytokine responses in patients with
    • HHV8 disease.
    • Whole genome sequencing of Neisseria gonorrhoeae and other STI pathogens.
    • Molecular epidemiology of BK Virus.
    • Cellular immunity to CMV, EBV & ADV in allogeneic HSCT recipients.
