Dr Miskolci is a consultant anaesthesiologist in St James’s Hospital since 2022.
Dr Miskolci completed her joined Anaesthesiology and Critical Care Specialist Training in Hungary in 2013. She has been working in Ireland since 2011. She completed the two-year post-CSCST Fellowship of the Joint Faculty of Intensive Care Medicine of Ireland (JFICMI) in 2015. She obtained the European Diploma in Anaesthesiology (EDAIC) and the European Diploma in Intensive Care (EDIC) also. She was appointed as a consultant in the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital in 2016, and subsequently in St George's Hospital in London in 2017. She worked in London for five years as a consultant in intensive care, before joining the St James's Hospital Intensive Care Unit in 2022.
Dr Miskolci's special interest lies in echocardiography in critical care, with ongoing contributions to education, supervision, and the development of echo training programmes in St James's Hospital, but also on a national level. She has taken an active role in the Post-ICU Recovery Clinic as part of her particular interest in Post-ICU follow up.
