    Welcome to the Winter Course in Clinical Research, a joint initiative between the Wellcome - Health Research Board Clinical Research Facility at St James’s Hospital (SJH), the SJH Research and Innovation Programme, SJH Nursing and the Trinity College Dublin School of Medicine.

    The importance of training and education cannot be overstated in cultivating a workforce that is not only aware of research but actively participates in it. This is a critical step towards realising SJH’s goal of evolving into an Academic Health Science Centre.

    With this in mind, our Winter Course is designed to serve as a gateway to the dynamic field of clinical research for newcomers, while also offering valuable updates for those with more research experience.
