Cardiac Rehab aims to get cardiac patients back to a full and active life after heart attack, angina, angioplasty and stenting or cardiac surgery.
We aim to help cardiac patients and their families understand the various heart conditions. In addition we aim to educate, support and motivate them make the following lifestyle changes:
Give up smoking, achieve a normal cholesterol, control high blood pressure, achieve a desirable weight, manage stress, take regular exercise, understand medications, return to work or other activities.
Cardiac rehab can help patients recover after a coronary event by restoring confidence.

Referrals accepted from Consultants, GP, Multidisciplinary team by Referral form and faxed or posted to the cardiac rehabilitation office. Referrals by phone or email will also be accepted.
