Appointment Information

All referrals are triaged by the Consultant within 5 working days of receipt. Triaged referrals are categorised as either Urgent or Routine
The patient will be contacted with an appointment letter and map of our exact location.
All new patients will be seen within 120 days of referral or earlier if required. All clinics are Consultant led. All patients receive an appointment reminder by text message, if a mobile phone number has been provided. 
All return appointments are made at reception before the patient leaves the Centre.
Rescheduled or cancelled appointments can be arranged by phoning the Centre.

If you do not attend your appointment without informing the Centre, you will not be routinely offered a new appointment.

Referral Procedures

Patient referral letters can be forwarded by post, fax or e-mail to the Centre.
Queries are taken by phone to members of the Medical and Nursing Team.
