National MRSA Reference Laboratory

How to get here

The National Meticillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus Reference Laboratory is located in St. James’s Hospital (SJH) at the Rialto end of the SJH campus in a building separate from the Central Pathology Laboratory Building.  From the James's St. entrance go straight to Junction 6, turn left and from the Rialto entrance to SJH, turn right and follow the hospital road past the entrance to Hospital 7 and the Chapel, through the Hospital 7 staff car park access control barrier.  Follow the road towards the outer perimeter fence of the SJH site and turn left.  The NMRSARL is the second door on the left.
