Please contact Department Secretary on 01 416 2389 to make an appointment between the hours of 8.30am and 12.30pm. Mon – Thurs.

Referral Procedures

For G.P. referral, the service requires a letter stating the reason for referral i.e. symptom control, homecare team involvement, day hospice or admission to Our Lady’s Hospice.
