Dr Mark Bates is a Cancer Biologist with a particular interest in mechanisms underlying resistance to chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Dr Bates has been involved in a number of projects in the breast, ovarian, cervical, oesophageal and prostate cancer space investigating novel markers associated with therapeutic resistance.
